Good start. I guess this should be the basis for further discussion. Refinement and improvements are the only constant factor of civilization. Next step should be finalization of Constitution of Limbuwan, Form own government, Suspend GON’s offices and start to function as Limbuwan. We should not beg or demand anybody for Limbuwan but establish it.
